Marata Specialties, LLC is a partner company of Deshidratadora Marata S.A. De C.V.
These companies are dedicated to the research and development of new technologies and products for the food industry.
The introduction of gourmet smoked products gives Marata Specialties, LLC a unique differentiator, being the only company processing this line of products in Latin America, and exporting and selling them to the NAFTA market (USA, Canada and Mexico) since year 2004. All of Marata’s products come with a continuity guarantee letter, COA and certified of sanitization. We offer fixed prices on a full year basis on signed contracts and open purchase orders, for most of our processed products.
We enjoy the advantages of being a direct exporter, importer, processor and manufacturer of products in Mexico and USA with a versatility of a non-stationary equipment (i.e. mobile plant). We operate:
- 4 level belt dryer, 48 ft. in longitude and 150 ft. belt
- A HCCP complying grinding facility. With magnets in several critical control points, including metal detectors before packing
