Auf Spanisch bedeutet Pasilla \u201ekleine Rosine\u201c. Das ist ein Hinweis auf tiefbraun getrocknete H\u00fclsen und Rosinen, wie der Geruch dieser w\u00fcrzigen Paprika. Die lange, d\u00fcnnwandige, tiefgr\u00fcne Frucht l\u00e4sst man aufgrund ihrer tiefbraunen Farbe ihres hohen Qualit\u00e4tsstandards reifen. Wenn frisch gebraucht, nennt man Pasilla \u201eChilaca\u201c und f\u00fcgt zu Enchiladas reiche Aroma und Chiliso\u00dfe hinzu. Gl\u00e4nzende und tiefgr\u00fcne Pasilla spricht man wie \u201cpuh-see-yuh\u201d aus, und es bietet einen sanften aber intensiven Geschmack an. Ihren reichen und saftigen Geschmack mischt milde und krautige Qualit\u00e4ten mit einem Geschmack von Beeren und Trauben. Pasilla hat dickes Fruchtfleisch und wachst von 15 bis 20 Zentimeter hoch. Es reicht von scharf bis mild. Ihre tiefbraune Farbe ist durch rote und gr\u00fcne Pigmente im Pflanz entstanden. Wenn es reif wird, wird es rot und bekommt einen s\u00fc\u00dfen Geschmack.<\/span><\/p>\n

Diese Chilis sind ein hervorragender Lieferant von Vitamin C und B, mit einer wesentlichen Menge von Eisen, Niacin, Thiamin, Magnesium und Riboflavin. Chilis sind frei von ges\u00e4ttigten Fetts\u00e4uren und Cholesterin, kalorienarm, natriumarm und mit einem hohen Rohfaseranteil. H\u00e4ufig ist es f\u00fcr \u201echiles rellenos\u201c oder andere gef\u00fcllte Gerichte gebraucht, oder ist zu So\u00dfen wie Moles und Pipians hinzugef\u00fcgt. Es ist auch gut f\u00fcr Rajas. Wenn es reicht rot, ist es auch f\u00fcr Suppen, Eint\u00f6pfe, Tamales und hei\u00dfe So\u00dfen gebraucht. Pasillas oder \u201ePoblanos\u201c kommen aus Puebla Gebiet, im S\u00fcden von Mexiko-Stadt. Es ist einer der gew\u00f6hnlichsten mexikanischen Chilis.
