Der Cayenne Chili ist eine hei\u00dfe, rote Chili-Pfeffer zum W\u00fcrzen Gerichte und f\u00fcr medizinische Zwecke verwendet. Benannt nach der Stadt Cayenne in Franz\u00f6sisch-Guayana, ist es eine Sorte von Capsicum Annuum im Zusammenhang mit Paprika und Jalapenos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Fr\u00fcchte sind in der Regel getrocknet und gemahlen, oder eingestampft und gebacken in Kuchen, die dann gemahlen und gesiebt um das pulverisierte Gew\u00fcrz mit dem gleichen Namen zu machen. Cayennepfeffer ist reich an Vitamin A, es enth\u00e4lt auch Vitamin B6, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Riboflavin, Kalium und Mangan.<\/span><\/p>\n
