Jalapeno (Rot und Grün)

Die Jalapeno ist eine Frucht, eine mittelgroße Paprika mit einem warmen, brennendes Gefühl beim Verzehr. Eine Reife Jalapeno ist 5-9 cm lang und häufig kommissioniert und verkauft, wenn noch grün, aber gelegentlich, wenn reif und rot. Es ist eine Sorte von der Spezies „Capsicum Annuum“ mit Ursprung in Mexiko. Es ist nach Xalapa, Veracruz, benannt, wo es traditionell kultiviert wurde. Etwa 160 Quadratkilometer sind für den Anbau in Mexiko, vor allem in Delicias, Chihuahua gewidmet. Die Vegetationsperiode beträgt 70-80 Tage. Wenn Sie reif sind, steht die Pflanze 2,5 bis 3 Fuß hoch. Eine Pflanze produziert in der Regel 25 bis 35 Hülsen. Die wachsende Jahreszeit endet, beginnen Jalapenos rot.

Nach dem pflücken, Reifen einzelne Paprika rot aus eigenem Antrieb. Die Paprika können gegessen grün oder rot sein.
